Do not buy a list. Individual REOs available for sale all across the nation are listed on www.realtor.com  There is no charge for the information. 

REOs are not labeled on this site.  It's not too hard to spot them.  They are often vacant and have a certain look, often reflecting some degree of neglect.  In reality, you want a good buy and it doesn’t matter if it's an REO or not.

When you find a property or two that interests you enough to make an offer, we can match you with a Realtor at www.reonationwide.com. Click on BUY REO and fill in the request form. REO experienced Realtors will write and negotiate offers on your behalf. Most don't have time to do much else in this marketplace. They are simply very busy.

The "bargains" we all hear about are commonly part of bulk packages sold for millions of dollars. When those packages are sold and subsequently broken up, the individual properties can be found by your Realtor in the Multiple Listing Service and also online at www.realtor.com. These properties can be good buys although they are no longer classified as REO properties as they were not acquired by the foreclosure process or by a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure.
